Hi, I have been having issues with niter showing up after glass cools completely. I'm filtering with cone filter and pre filters which are dampened before use. I draw directly from the finish pan into the filter tank while the syrup is screaming hot. I noticed however the temp on the filter tank is still well above 200 F. Could it be the syrup is still producing niter after the filters? Has anyone tried letting it cool below 190 prior to filtering or does that equal no syrup thru filters? Thanks
