What do people do about sparks blowing out their stack when using a blower? I am boiling on a 2x6 with a blower in a brand new pole barn. When the blower is on full blast sparks are coming out and landing in the barn roof and house right next to it.

Anyone? I don't want to cause any damage anywhere.

I have the same issue. I have a chimney cap with a spark arrestor but it does not stop everything. This year I added air-over-fire and use considerably lower blower speeds for the under-fire air. This helped tremendously with sparks but I still get some. With the door open while adding wood there is an inrush of air and I'll often get a lot of sparks. It's pretty rare that I see an ember fly more than 3 or 4 feet before burning out.
I just keep an eye on it with a focus on safety. If there's snow on your roof or a light rain it's much less worrisome. You could always try to use a lower blower speed if you have a controller.
