Tapping question

So since we moved to our new house I need to make up for 20 trees or so trees that I used to tap there.my question is at the my family property I tap at.I have about 15-20 extra trees I could tap. but there over our drain feild.would they be ok to tap?I would think no.that's why I have never taped them.thank you for any advise in advance
