hydrometer-vs- ambient temperature

67 today.92in sugarhouse with all the doors open. Keep looking at my front pan saying that's ready to draw off. Hydrometer disagrees with me. Got my spare hyd to double check it. The hydrometer agree with each other.
Never seen my front pan boil over the divider asand dump into adjacent compartment.
Trees ran all night and sap coming into tank faster than we can boil.
Life is good!

How do you like your sap puller? Thinking about adding one. One am looking at is around a grand. Questioning the payback on it with4-500 taps
