Boiling rate per hour

Any one have a 3 by 12 arch with aof and auf wood fired no preheated? Im at about 130 gph I was wonder if that's average or not I have a raised flue d&g pan with a 3 by 3 syrup pan with four dividers anybody know avg boil rate no ro either

We are at 200GPH for 3.5x14 with a pre-heater. Your ratio is about 3.61 GPH/ft^2 and ours is about 4.08 GPH/ft^2 so I'd say you are doing well considering you don't have an RO.

I would say that is pretty good. I don't get much more than that on my 4 by 12.

I think your doing pretty good. Might be able to bump it a little with firing techniques?
We get similar on a 3 x 10 with a steamaway.
