Cleaning tubing

I am about to put up some new pipe line for the first time. What is the best way to clean and sterilize the plastic taps and tubing? It is about a 100ft roll.

If it is new I wouldn't do anything. Then next year you can decide if you want to do anything.
When you set up a new system it will run better and longer than one that has been used. This is the reason manufactuers started making removeable spouts. You can remove the end and bring it home and clean and sanitize it then it is ready to use next year.
