Ran 40 gallons yesterday off 40 taps thought that was gonna be it got a surprise today with about 35 gallons to run so looks like tonight is gonna be my last run. Had a decent year gonna end up with about 5 gallons of syrup would have been 7 or so if someone would have been paying attention. This was my second year on a barrel evaporator last year was slow only running 3-4 gallons a hour learned a lot and reworked my evaporator and getting 7-8 this year. Already looking forward to next year with big plans on upgrading. Thanks to everyone for the ideas and input hope everyone had a good year.
