Refractors

Any thoughts on a misco refractor? Are they worth the money, or just another toy. Seem alot easier and more accurate than a hydrometer.

I like refracs for sap and for canning off syrup to check density but only use hydro for drawing off and to check the auto draws temp.

Look on ebay for refract...much more reasonable than most suppliers.
