Requesting pics of sugar shack setup

Next year I'm getting a 2x6 evaporator and I was wondering if anyone can show me a setup of the inside of they sugar shack or setup so I k ow how to set up the evaporator correctly and the head tank

Each one is different and tailored to the sugarmakers desires. How big is your sugarhouse? I have seen arches centered with the ridge, offset one side or the other for additional room. and some are turned 90 degrees in the room too. All seem to work.
Head tanks are sometimes in the room with the rig. Some are outside and elevated. Some tanks are in adjoining rooms. You probably should have the lowest part of the head tank at least 24 inches above the inlet on the evaporator.
Do a floor plan lay out on paper and move the rig around in the room. Consider where the rafters are for the smoke stack and if you have steam hood pipes? I have a bunch of pictures. Go look at some other working sugarhouses and get some ideas. Use the best and discard the rest.

And if you go to other sugar houses, try to be able to do so while they are boiling. This will give you an idea of the work flow. Also make sure to ask what they would change if they built again.

Standing at the front of the rig the evaporator is shifted to the right about 2 feet.
