Cloudy sap ok to use?

Have some sap in the refrigerator. Been there for 7 days. It's cloudy. Can I use it or is it spoiled? Thanks.

Good that its been refrigerated during that time. Bacteria growing in it is making it cloudy. Should be Ok to boil. May make darker grade syrup.

Taste it to see if it is sour. If it's sour dump it otherwise boil it and make some good syrup.
