December 16, 2016. Getting close to our maple season in western Ky. i will have about 120 taps this year. Looking forward to a great season!! 120 taps

Cards or Cats? Well which ever is winning!! HA! To me, this far in western Ky., it doesn't matter. I've collected about 150 gallons of tree sap so far. All sugar maples. So far, it's been running about 3.25% sugar out of the trees. That's good for where we're located.
