Bottle with high vacuum seal

Gave a 500ml Kent bottle to a friend for taste test he unscrewed the plastic cap and the foam cap gasket stay on mouth of the bottle I just thought I must have had syrup on the bottle mouth he then started peel off the foam seal and it really popped loud bang and sucked the seal into bottle

What did I do wrong a lot of people would have dropped the bottle it really banged

This was bottled yesterday have case and half from that batch

Nothing wrong. You bottled hot and the syrup cooled creating the vacuum. Exactly as it should be.

This was like a firecracker bang never had one like it before

If I put bottles like that in freezer which way is pressure going to go up or down more?

It's going to go down more creating a greater vacuum effect.
