I plan to build an evaporator this summer, to be used for next season so I figure I will start gathering info now. I am planning a 2x5 or 2x6 build, or thereabouts. What diameter stack would be suited to this size unit? Likely a 2x2 firebox. Not sure if it matters but this will be going into my sugar shack(also being built this summer and it will be 9x12 in size.
