This is the swing of temps, I was told needed for the sap to run. Much like ice fishing this year, I am curious , will all this warm weather coming, ( above in the day, above at night), end the tapping season early?

I think most of us in Missouri pulled taps during the last week due to a lack of freezing in the 10-day forecast. But we're pretty far south compared to you.

It may be our end.

Will need to pull as much as possible in the four day outlook they are giving us for now. With luck I will hit that 200 -250 gallon mark to match last year otherwise just keep an eye on the sap. If it begins to go cloudy it will be the demise. If we are lucky though some of the forecast temps will vary just enough to give us about seven days of run yet.
