Was wondering if my now frozen sap i collected 2 days ago will be ok until it thaws.my guess is yes.I'm a hobby boiler so my boiling is kinda limited to weekends .

Your guess is correct. Frozen sap will stay perfectly fresh.

Good because it's to cold and windy out there.
