Hi Folks,
15 Taps Last week gave me 60 gallons
of sap. Made only 1.1 gallons of syrup,.. a little low sugar wise.
I will check sugar level during tomorrows collection.

Very nice looking batch and my sugar has been a little lower than normal this year as well.

Collected 45 gallons of sap today. Sugar level was 2.35%. My last batch worked out to 1.9%. Will see what the batch comes in at, when boiled down.

I hope the next couple days of cold gets things flowing for this weekend taps didn't perform all that well today.

No runs last two days...finishing last of current sap reserve.
Forecast could mean one more big run then maybe the End???

Finished second batch 1.37 gals of Syrup.
I'm out of Sap.
Lets hope tomorrows weather gets things going again...

Good looking stuff and I haven't had anything run since Wednesday so hoping Monday-Wednesday morning will produce.
