Made 7 gallons last night. Starting to figure out the new rig.

Done pickup the tanks and pulling taps. Made 99 gallons.

I know this comment is a little late, But! We pulled our taps on 3/10, last boil on 3/11, so we were done" Way" early in the season. On Easter Sunday we made a road trip to Gould's Sugar House. It has been many years since our last visit but now due to this wackey season, we had the time. What good people, what great pancakes and the bacon was the best!! O.K. the syrup was darn good too!! Running a 2x6 evaporator, it's nice too see one of the Big Ones. This was a highlight of a so-so year.

560 tapped. Hopefully 250 more to do this weekend. New sap sucker in. Still need to check for more leaks. Did a rinse/clean cycle on the new ro. should be ready for sap. Should have 600 gallons of sap by tonight.

tapped out in heath 800 plus got a gast 1550 pulling 20 inches right now as we speak hoping for a good run 200 gallons in the barrel when I left at 5 pm made 7 gallons on Thursday
