Carbonated Sap

I have a soda stream carbonater and I have carbonated sap. Just wondering if anyone else has tried that. I LOVE IT!!!

I didn't do the sap, but dumped in a serving of maple syrup (like soda stream flavor)...was interesting "soda" try it

just carbonated some sap and poured in cinnamon infused syrup. very interesting maple cinnamon carbonated beverage.
