Dumping sap

Although I've been boiling all I can, this 3/16 line is delivering more than I can evaporate. 150 gallons just today on 50 or so taps. Knowing I won't boil again until Friday night I dumped 150 gallons of the 200 in my tank and will see what the rest of the week brings. If I collect another 200 gallons by Friday that's all I can do.

If anyone is in the NW corner and could use some sap let me know and you're welcome to what I don't boil.

Man that sucks I am thinking you should losses the total number of taps next year if you don't upgrade to something that can boil more at a time

Deal. Might be this weekend. I can't boil Friday and am picking up my wife at the airport on Sunday morning. Will only be boiling probably 15 hours this weekend. Might call you Sunday afternoon or Monday evening if you're around.
