Never posted much last year but this year I vowed to get out there and see what I can learn as well as share. We've had taps in since 1/31 and my first boil was 2/6. Boiled every weekend since and as of last night I have 14 gallons of syrup made. This year we added a preheating pan to our 2x 5 arch and it has made a world of difference. My boil rate is over 20gph and I already have my eyes set on a homemade RO system for 2017.
