Rough Estimates of my Yearly Production
2013 - 4 Taps, 20 gallons Sap, Half gallon Syrup and forever banned from kitchen of house.
2014 -12 Taps, 200 gallons Sap, 4 gallons Syrup
2015 - 15 Taps, 100 gallons Sap, 2 gallons Syrup
2016 - 15 Taps, Yesterday did first boil of 110 gallons of Sap into 2.25 gallons Syrup and more to come.
