Looks like the majority of us will be into the sap starting this weekend into next week. Lets hope it all holds true. Gonna be a lot of trees saying ouch this weekend.

The trees around here are frozen solid. It will take at least 2 days to thaw 3" in, around them.

Had 170 gallons of sap to try out the evaporator last Saturday, hope to boil this weekend if them big ole maples decide to thaw out.
