anybody ever try this

was wondering if anybody ever tryed cutting down a steel food grade drum and boiling in it. do you think it would be ok? thanks for any and all input guys and happy sapin

I would not do it, they are lined with something and I don't know what the heat will do to it.

thats what i was thinkin, my dad is the one who was thinkin of doin it this is his first year and my 4th i told him i didnt think it was a good idea just wonderin what others think.
