Boiling question

I have a few trees tapped and don't have a lot of space to store sap. Can I begging to boil down what I have and then freeze it until I have more to finish it all at the same time? I can only store about 15 gallons of sap at a time and don't want to loose what I have due to it going bad.

You don't need to put it in the freezer. Boil it down as far as you can then either store it in a cool place or the fridge. It will be fine.

i've done that past couple years.....boil it down as much as possible outside, then freeze what i have, then keep doing that until i had enough to finish on the kitchen stove.....
