Heavy rain with lightening and thunder most of night. Ron found several inches of sap in bulk tank at 5 am. Pump is on and sap is running. Will get as much as possible before the cold gets here. We're at the half way point from last year. Really really glad he tapped in January. Sap staying at 2% or above. Syrup is great.check us out on Highland Hills Farm,facebook
