Syrup Bulk Sale Agreement

I am new to the concept of selling syrup in bulk I have Maple Hollow and Roth in my area that buy bulk. Does anyone presell syrup bulk on contract to ensure its sold so money is there to make equipment payments? If so is there bulk sale agreement template floating around on the internet somewhere?

In my area there is no problem selling bulk syrup. One packer even supplies the SS barrells for me to fill.
