We had out first boil last night! New to me Evap. Really was impressed! Going from flat pans to raised flu is a game changer for sure. We have just over 400 taps out. This is the first year with this big of an operation. Big learning curve, lots of fun to have the wife involved, so far!

We've made little syrup. Have been having hiccups along the way, thanks to blueberry hill for answering a lot of my questions! I'm hoping tonight we have figured everything out. Had a really good run yesterday. Hoping for another good one today. Boiling tonight and tomorrow. All syrup so far has been very dark. Still having lots of fun learning new rig!
