Nat gas arch

Anyone using nat gas in their arch ? Or any suggestions on using nat gas for boiling sap in flat pan ?

I use nat gas in my 2x6 raised flue. How big is your flat pan? Being a flat pan you could probably set it up like the a gas finisher.
