Syrup storage?

If i bottle my final product in 8 ounce glass bottles, whats preferred way for storing it?

Better to refrigerate?

If it's bottled at the proper temperature there is no need to refrigerate it. Store it in a place where the temperature doesn't fluctuate very much out of the direct sunlight and it will be fine.

We cellar ours until it is opened and then refrigerate it, same as you would to for canned goods.
