What is the best machine to buy for making maple cotton candy? What makes it better?

If I'm remembering correctly, the Gold Medal X-15A was recommended to me, and has worked well.

Gold Medal Floss Maxx 3077M. This unit was design by members of NYSMPA. It is designed for maple it has Two ribbons that are hotter and an added spacer. Need a 20 amp outlet rather than a 15 amp outlet. Popcorn supply in Syracuse can set you up. At Verona they had a special $925, without the bubble .
