Spiders?

Well I put 3 of the 4 lines my bush has, in (that was hard to write, 'has' and 'in' really don't go together). I had walked the lines a couple of weeks ago and the squirrels chewed my junctions, fixed that, but since then spiders made little oblong tubes of webbing in nearly every drop I could reach some with a long wire but others were way down in the lateral.

I searched the forum but the term 'spider' didn't show up.....anybody have a quicker fix than cutting the line, digging out the web and reconnecting?
