Last night winds and sleet. Today, 57° and the sap is running. Ron is happily boiling. He had a cover made for the finishing pan. Yeah! I've been after him to get one. Bugged me that for what we paid, no covet. So off to our Amish metal worker for the cover and another kitchen counter top. He's using old one down at the sap house. 13193
