Tapped in Topsfield

Tapped a couple of days ago. 4 trees, 5 buckets. Collected about 3 gallons of sap today. 3 out of the 5 taps running fairly well. This will be my 4th year. Typically have gotten 2 gallons of syrup a year from my 5 buckets. Enough to last our family of 5 for a year with sometimes a little left over and some to give away.
