Your mailbox is full so I cant respond that way. I am a few days behind you guys but with the improvements I've made the past couple of years, it gets easier and easier. No more running around with my head chopped off getting ready. Thanks your help. I should get a boil in sunday afternoon. I will stop in and say hello one day. Happy boiling!

You guys are not far from me. What a crazy start to the season, barely keep up with my half pint and with these temp swings. Sounds like you are all on vacuum?

We already have 80% of the total sap that we collected last year. Boiled 8hours a day for six days straight. Looks like it's going to run again today.
We did add a shurflo pump this year and are extremely pleased with the results of our investment.

Good to hear guys! I was away for the weekend and came home to 200 plus gallons,no pump, of sap. For my little setup, that's pretty good.

Where are you located? I work in Bellingham. I just upgraded to a Mason 2x6 this year.
