Collected about 30 gallons of sap from 15 taps today. Averaged about 2.5%. Hopefully will start boiling this weekend.

Collected another 35 gallons of sap today. Boiled down 40 gallons on evaporator v2.1, did well about 6 GPH. will boil the rest tomorrow.

I haven't collected any sap since Tuesday afternoon. What little has run has frozen solid. Nothing to boil yesterday or today. Hopefully get a run today so I have enough to boil tomorrow.

You should have had a decent run yesterday i ran 1gpt from sunday to monday and then another 2gpt from 2pm yesterday to this morning. it was slowing down significantly and this is likely my last collection due to the ridiculous but appreciated warmth.

Howd you make out for the season so far?

Collected 21 gallons on Monday (20 taps) and got another 28 gallons by noon yesterday. Got that all boiled down. Hopefully I have enough this morning to get another boil in (I took the day off so I better).
As of yesterday I collected 191 gallons of sap and have finished 4 gallons of syrup. About half of what I had last year. I cut back on my taps because last year I couldn't keep up with the sap. Live and learn.
