Shot in the dark, but anyone know of any trees available in Merrimack/Bedford/Nashua?

Would love to get about 50 more taps out if anyone knows of any areas in my town or surrounding towns. I thought I had a plot of land lined up with the town, turns out that when the property was purchased it had covenants that said it must be "preserved" so the town council deemed that as being untapable. BOO!!!!

Anyways, if you know of anyone Id of course cut a deal with them on syrup for sap.
