About 120 gallon of sap Sat and Sun, Boiled it down to three gallon, give me something to can during this cold snap

Hoping for lower temps over the weekend. only got about 80 gallon off from 24 taps. hopefully the week will get better before the buds come out. The first 2 gallon was graded at golden delicate, well pleased.
