Hi, new too the site and tapping. This is my third year and just made a 55 gallon drum boiler and seems to be working good so far. I've collected about 90 gallons or more of sap so far, I'm in Westerly RI.

I have a few in since last week here in Lincoln. Just a hobby for me. Looks like the freeze is coming again.

Haha definitely has a nice briney ocean air taste. But actually started out really sweet and great color this year, until the freeze came back.
