i over the summer upgraded pans for my 3x10. old pans were 3x4 front and 3x6 back. the new ones are 3x7 back 3x3 front. im thinking this will increase my GPH and potentially make on average lighter syrup. i will be running concentrate. is there a rule of thumb to front pan to back pan ratio?? as i look back the 4' front pan does look big next to the 6' back pan and doesn't seem like u need that much syrup sitting over firebox..... im thinking maybe some have experience with similar swaps and results

I have a leader 3x10 with 7 and 3 configuration. Has max flue pans, steamaway, and I run concentrate. Seems to do well.
