Anyone tapping yet? I'm in the Valley, tempted to start but might hold off a week or so. No point tapping when there's rain coming...

I tapped 125 in Belchertown Sunday and have already boiled down 500 gallons as of last night

We tapped 1000 in Hampden on saturday and have made just over 40 gallons so far.
