My son stored away 4 gallons of last springs syrup and forgot to tell me. It's been in a cool basement but now what do I do with it. Soon the new stuff will be out

Like I do, use up last years myself, and sell the new.

It can be very toxic at a year old. Good news- I have a certified disposal system. If you act now and mail it to me I will wave any charges and get rid of it for you for free.

Syrup, when properly stored will last for years. In fact, the Federation Quebec had in the past stored syrup for 20 yrs +.

I would mix it with about 160 gallons of distilled water and rerun it through the evaporator to make it new again. :)
