Smelled a skunk this morning

Better get ready Mid-Michigan I smelled a skunk this morning on my way to work around the Portland area.

In 2012 we had our 1st. boil on 2/18. We boiled 13 times that year and was done on 3/11.

Looks like another mid-February start.

I smelled one in December during that warm spell when we were putting up lines. Noticed buds on the trees, too. My gut tells me the sap has been running since December but I'm hoping I'm wrong since we're not ready to go yet.
