Sorry for the rookie questions, but I really appreciate the help.
So I fired up the homebuilt RO today and flushed it with bottled water from the grocery store. It seems like it moved a lot of water through the system and no matter how I adjusted the pump and the back pressure the system peaked at about 52 psi.
So, first question: I have a needle valve on the concentrate output line. Is that the right location and how much back pressure should I have there?
Second question: I think I have the concentrate and permeate outputs right on my membrane housings, but I want to be sure (can't have it plumbed up backwards, that wouldn't work!). So does this look right:

Thanks for all the help gang!
