Moister Trap Switch

Anyone using one of these float switches in their moisture trap to shut down their gas engine in the event of a flood situation? Would they work or are they not heavy duty enough? Thanks in advance. 1266812669

Heavy duty enough is relative...one can use a relay to transfer enough amps.

The issue I had and reason that I did not use them was if they did not float due to fast flow of sap into the chamber. Stainless Floats were my choice since they would be more able to float in a high flow situation.
