surge receiver questions

Trying to figure out how to wire up this receiver for use in the Bush ,anyone have any experience with this?

I have a glass jar receiver that the control box was trash. I had my son wire up two passive sensors on the outside of the jar, and then run it with 2 relays .Been using it that way for about 4 yrs. works fine. Can get a picture tomorrow
