I dont believe they make a 3/16 spout yet, or at least they didnt have them a few weeks ago. There is an adapter you get to reduce their 5/16 spout.

Lapierre makes a 3/16 seasonal spout with one barb. Designed to be thrown away and replaced with a new one next year.
