Do any of you guys that bottle in glass have a trick for consistently getting the label on straight and in the same spot?

A VERY particular wife! I am not allowed to apply any labels.

I'm very particular... my wife isn't. :)
You just have to eyeball as best you can. Start at one edge and smooth it out. No air bubbles.
I've put labels on thousands of glass bottles of honey. You get pretty good at it after a while.
I think I'm more worried about a label that isn't quite straight than the customer though. Most don't even notice, or care.

You just have to eyeball as best you can. Start at one edge and smooth it out. No air bubbles. free hand eyeballing it is the easiest way, ive seen others use 1 inch masking tape on the bottom edge to get a even horizon line to place the label even also
