2016 Gearing Up

Added a second tower to my Lapierre RO so it is now a 250. Bought a New Diaphragm pump for my 150 tap woods, going to put the hobby releaser from that woods and sp-11 on my new 400 tap woods. Bought a new 400 tank for collection. Should be up to 1400 taps this year with 1200 of them being on vac. Hoping to make 400 + gallons of syrup.

Going to get out in the woods next weekend and start fixing lines. Lots to do as we should be looking at tapping in just over a month.

I hear yeah. This weekend will be spent in the woods for me as well replacing drops and squirrel damage. Nice time to be in the woods not much snow so easy walking.

All the lines are up off the ground. A lot of critters chewing on the lines this year. New electric motor put on my second SP-11. Ill rinse tanks with the next thaw and hopefully be ready to tap the middle/end of February.
