Was planning on tapping in February, may tap mid January

I was planning on waiting until February to tap, but I'm afraid there will be a warming spell by then and trees will start budding out. Going to keep a close eye on weather forecast over the next few weeks.

Did you tap? If so how'd it go? Been playing with it for 3 years now. Lots of fun but lots to learn. Im a few hours south of you.

I didn't tap, and with cold weather here I'm glad I waited! It's looking like the cold spell will hang around for a bit, so we'll see what the end of January is looking like as we get closer!
