Does anybody have a picture of Ray's smallest RO? Is it 110 or 220? I was 6 days past his cut off date to order. After DAYS of researching, I was ready to order up the parts to make a home build RO. Now my thinking is that for a few hundred more I could get a better machine with more capacity and a good warranty. Any pictures or info would be very helpful.

I have one of Ray's 75 GPH. The 2015 year was my first year using it. It did it's job well once I learned what was the best set-up. I've added a couple of pictures. I hope this helps.

How much does that unit weigh? Do you bring it inside or do you have a heated space outside for it?
I didn't realize he had a 50 and a 75. I thought 150 was his smallest. Did you go down there or did he ship it?
Sorry for so many questions. I'm looking into one of his for next season.

I don't know the exact weight but would estimate it at 125 lbs. I bring it into my basement in the off season for storage, then move it out again for the season. When it's out for the season it's in a plywood box that I made to side over it. When the temps get real low I have a place to put a light bulb in the box to prevent freezing. I bought this one used from a friend that had it shipped to Bascom's maple supplies in New Hampshire. I'm not sure what the shipping cost would be but I'm sure Ray would work with you on it. He and his son have been of great help to me trying to get it to run efficiently.

Does Deer Run have a website or a Flyer or anything that lists their units and the specs? I am trying to figure out which one would be best and the prices. I could just call him, but if the info is already available somewhere I figure the last thing he probably needs mid-season is another call.

I have not seen a website of flyer from Deer Run Maple. I think the only way to connect with Ray is by phone. I have had good luck contacting him. If he doesn't answer, leave a message and he will get back to.

If you call him he will send you a brochure. I have his 125 expandable unit, if you want to check it out stop over, I should be running it Saturday or Sunday I'm not sure yet which day.

How do you get a hold of Ray? I've tried calling the 440 422-3047 phone number a few days and it just rings until a recording comes on that says his mailbox is full.

Are his 75 and 125 110v? Can you recirc with these units or do you need to go into conc. tank and run through again? Is there a feed pump and wash tank available?
